Current Beauty Favourites

The last couple of weeks have really seen me branch out into a new side of beauty. I have become a lot more confident with using colour and wearing colour. I have discovered new products that have made a massive change to my makeup game. I have been clearing out products and getting rid of products that are quite frankly crap. I shall do a blog post on my makeup collection soon. Its about quality not quantity.
My recent makeup favourites have really been some that I know I cant live without, and shall repurchase as soon as they’re done with. Okay I feel like I’ve rambled on so lets just get on into it.

These are the products I’ve been loving:
Naked Heat: This palette I have used pretty much everyday, the pigment is incredible and long lasting. Its defiantly in my top 3 makeup palettes I have and I have about 70 palettes, so that’s some statement. This palette never fails to disappoint me. stunning… if you want to read more about the palette take a look at this post;
Benefit boiing Airbrush concealer: I’ve never been one to branch out into benefit, I only ever had one product GALifornia which everyone knows I love. I was purchasing a products for my mum and the advisor asked if I wanted some samples, of course I did who even passes up samples. One of the samples was the airbrush concealers and this sample size is a decent sized I thought they may have given me a normal sized by mistake. First off its very creamy and blends into the skin perfectly, its coverage is buildable id say medium, but even if you apply more it doesn’t look cakey. It provides a beautiful dewy finish and last all day, I use this concealer to carve out my eyebrows and prime my eyes, it doesn’t crease on the lid. I am very impressed with the product so far.
Better than sex: The name speaks for itself. This mascara I cannot get enough of, just send me a suitcase full of them. Not only is the packaging super cute but the product is just incredible. I’ve yet to try the waterproof one but I’m sure that will stay put even if you are watching Marley and me. This mascara lengthens and volumes’ lashes it separates and doesn’t make them look clumpy. The product last all through the day, and I can really notice a difference in the way my eye makeup turns out with this mascara. With the mascara its the only one so far that has held my curl, I have found a new lash combo but you will have to wait for that.
Clinique ‘blushing pop’ lipstick: Ever since I ran out of my beloved Candy K lipstick I have been searching everywhere for a new go to. Every shop I went into just didn’t seem to have anything that caught my attention or lived up to Candy K. I went through some of my old lipsticks and swatched a few and came across this Clinique lipstick. Shade; Blushing Pop. The colour is perfect for an everyday look and also compliments a Smokey eye for any night out. I would say its defiantly o the more pinker side of nude rather a brown nude which tends to be my go to but maybe I’ve been converted. I have found this lipstick to be one that I just reach for without even realising anymore, tis range of lipsticks is the only ones by Clinique that I believe are worth the money, I am not a fan of the liquid lipsticks!!! Its a creamy lipstick that is best when set with a finely milled translucent powder. I wouldn’t say this product last all day but it defiantly gives it its best shot.
Lime Crime Diamond Crushers: ITS FESTIVAL SEASON!!! what more would you want at a festival than holographic shimmering lips, no I couldn’t think of anything else either. This lime crime lipstick s one I got at IMATS, I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I believe its a lip topper so you can use any colour lipstick underneath and apply this on top to make your makeup you know…EXTRA. With the sprinklings of glitter running throughout it really is a magical product not only that but it smells like candy shop. There will be a blog post all about this lipstick very soon so watch this space …
I’m: I’m a sucker for a good face mask, but they have to be sheet masks, I hate hate hate the feel of the ones that go tight on your skin. This facemask makes you feel so energised and clean after using. Its not too oily but really does do the job in creating life back into your face.. if that makes any sense. I’ve had to stock up on these as shipping to the UK for Sephora is ridiculous. Of course I got the Rose one as well because well do I really need to explain. I just found after using this mask compared to others that my skin was brighter, fresher ad clearer.. so what more could you ask for .
What have been your favourites this month? Let me know any recommendations?
